Responsibilities:  Assume overall responsibility for all aspects of the loan department.  Develop and manage loan accounts which meet established lending requirements and which provide maximum profitability to the Bank at a minimum of risk.  Assume responsibility for ensuring proper credit analysis, credit documentation, loan review, and collections, as well as making certain that strict adherence is given to the Bank’s Loan Policy.
Education:  A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of seven (7) years commercial lending experience.
Experience:  A minimum of seven (7) years of commercial lending experience, knowledge of consumer loan products is helpful, supervisory experience preferred.
Skills:  Proficient communication skills, good PC and keyboarding skills, ability to analyze financial statements and determine credit worthiness.

Operations Processing Clerk – Apply Now!

Responsibilities:  Responsible for maintaining the flow of work through equipment, according to schedule.  Recognize production problems; correct or recommend correction to other data processing personnel.  Responsible for production runs; balancing and control of the daily and periodical work load; be familiar with operation of all existing data processing equipment.  Run data and information for all the departments of the bank.  Responsible for the control, retention, storage, and distribution of master documentation files and backup files.  This position will assist with basic maintenance from the IT and Deposit Operations departments.
Education:  A high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:  General banking experience preferred.
Skills:  Good keyboarding and PC skills, proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook, highly effective communication skills, must be accurate and detail oriented.

Responsibilities:  Responsible for operating a full-service teller station to receive and process a variety of customer transactions, preparing and maintaining various reports and records, and promoting institution services.
Education:  High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:  Prior teller experience preferred, but not necessary; cash handling experience necessary.
Skills:  Excellent customer service, good communication skills, Word and Outlook familiarity, customer focused, organized work habits, and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
