When the payment is arranged to be made with an Automatic Funds transfer (AFT) from a new or existing HNB Checking Account, $160 is rebated to the customer at closing by adding it to the proceeds check and depositing the entire amount into their HNB Checking Account.

Should the AFT be cancelled, the Loan paid off or the Checking Account closed within 24 months of the loan date, the amount rebated will be added to the loan balance or payoff.
